Tjibaou cultural center
Tjibaou cultural center is dedicated to the Kanak culture but it is also a place where art is promoted as well as a place where different mainly Oceanian cultures can meet and exchange. The Melanesian center is located in the suburb of Noumea, the capital of New-Caledonia, South-Pacific. The center has been built between 1995 and 1998 following the architectural plan of the famous Renzo Piano.
